Every seven years, my life takes on changes which alter where I have been and where I am going. In lore at times, seven years is called an “itch”. I don't see it as such after so many periods to observe, a time which what is true to your life remains and what is left to walk beyond becomes distant. I don't fear this time in knowing whatever is to come is just building on what has been, rather than change which will see lesser than in the walk. Yesterday I asked to be shown, what I needed to see. With doors closing behind myself, I opened another and three cards were shown. Starting from the right, One represented my writing in all forms over the years and represented communication thru writing, Second in the center, represented the healing aspects in my life, Third showing communication/counseling through verbal use being used incorporating my own tools of communication. A dream of mine is a spiritual retreat I visioned as being called Sky Blessings with a farm house, barn, pond and a few cabins around the pond with each having a small dock. Horses from miniature to quarter horses on enough land to support the retreat. In a wooded setting stands a teepee fully designed from another time period. A few dogs, my favorite are the Pyrs, along with a couple more rescues. Location is not important as I am to be at the place of retreat,rather than a need to build or modify the vision to present location. This vision would have a capability for access of the handicapped as well as any in need of finding their inner strength and optimal form of life in this world. All animals would be adaptive as therapy animals, fishing would provide a living force of meditation as only water and nature can provide.Within the retreat would be areas for reading, crafting and gathering. What is integrity? This is the whole of you being displayed whether alone in silence of this world or on full display in your actions and how you conduct yourself. Displaying your values, beliefs, truth and your faith in the whole as one in the face of doubt or attack, your inner strength. Can you be swayed or changed to become one of the masses in which your integrity is dampened by opinion or conforming your display to please others. Do you shrink from your inner to compliment the outer of the world feeling who is going to know the difference? After all, only you are fully aware of what you consider your level of integrity. The blueprint is designed from within without an outer doctrine. Yet, the highest of your source of belief always knows the shrink taken, the false display outside of your own creed to be true. In a world where political leaders engage in Twitter wars, people vie for followers and praying is shouted to be doctrinated, where is the love. Where giving is boasted and voices attempt to trump voices to boast, where is the love. When one another dishonors to be heard, and calm is interrupted by anger of words, where is the love. When pride is burnt in the flames and two wrongs are seen as right, where is the love. When all past misdoings are the news each day and goodness is small print easily dismayed, where is the love. When evil has more attention than good of the day, where is the love.  Love resides in the heart, never going away. Love is the truth which is known without display. Love is the trust, hope and faith of a new better day, love never goes away. Love perseveres and takes the tears away when all seems lost a blessing is gave. Love isn't loud and in stillness remains, the heartbeat felt when joy simply says "I love you,forever and today.

A boy of four years ago asked me "Am I pure of heart"? I answered him with "of course you are!". Over the years as this boy grew to a man, another handful of times he asked the same question and received the same answer. Today I read this, and tears fell knowing this wonderful young man has known beyond myself why he asked. Don't doubt what the young are well aware of in their hearts, they are here open without any veils to their truth. They bless sometimes in unusual ways to those who feel they hold the wisdom, which in reality was never forgotten in the young. Namaste'

A few months ago a client of mine was cleaning closets and came across a fair sized box of children's books which her children had collected decades ago with seemingly no purpose any longer in her home. I took the box and put it into my trunk of the car. Since then since I came across children in settings from grocery stores to apartment complex, the books have found new homes. When in a thrift shop or at a yard sale, I added more to replace those given away. To myself, it is the Simple Blessing box, a way to pay it forward and find new homes for the words in books. Combining children's books with adult books makes it available to any age group. I shy away from religious books just for the reason is the purpose is too share rather than impose beliefs outside of people enjoy reading and children take pride in the books they can hold as their own. Seniors have limited access to sources for books and yet can be avid readers when given the option. One copy paper box, one hour ...

All time only exists whee time no longer exist. You can not drop nuclear missiles into the sea floor without the sea having a reaction in temperature, movement and widespread radiation poisoning to sea life, when are seas begin to heave the dead and change the course, what is already known will be transparent. How you appear to spirit, spirit appears to you. Your greatest evolution is achieved through patience and stillness, many race away from who they choose to be. You can travel 1000 miles in search only to return to the moment the search began to find your truth. Read in validation, rather than read to lead you away from your being. Imagination can open your eyes, where logic will veil the eyes to see life through another. To trust is to surrender in faith, all you choose to attain. When you are no-thing, you are every-thing chosen to be. Life is meant to be a journey of your design.

Living in a fast paced world and being seemingly bombarded daily on thought which both positive/negative leaves at the end of the day a mind in chaos of what is a part of your day and that which is the forces of our world directing towards you. To create a better world each needs to be a reflection of what you choose to see. Being a voice of negatively in hopes for a positive outcome creates what my Dad said repeatedly when I was growing up "Two wrongs never make a right". Anytime we piggyback on the negative of another will only create and amplify a negative response. Cloud Atlas is one of the best movies I have seen in a long time which delves into the depths of thought of connecting life throughout time. A film which if you look away or blink,something will be missed. With final thoughts on how our thoughts,deeds and choices now ripple though the connection of time past, present and future. I have long believed what we choose in any given moment has a ripple though all existence just as the rings of a tree rely on all years of growth to sustain each other.

If you ever come to the end of the day and wonder about the day being full you can ask yourself: Do you really have any complaints about the day or are you just feeling there could have been more?  Are you well as this day comes to an end? Can you reflect on this day and remember being purposeful to yourself or another? If so this day has been half full or more, rest well.

A good film for the family on fulfilling your dreams, love, struggle and mindset of family over government. Worth the watch!

The only ticket to Camp Kasem is a child having a parent touched by the big C,prayers are someday children will not have a need to attend and cancer will be a thing of the past. My granddaughters have attended for free the last few years due to support that can be as simple as Amazon donating a small percentage of purchases you direct to the Camp.Watch the video from this year, the children all have a special prayer need for a parent. It does not matter how large you become in this world  it is when you forget how miniature you are, you shrink again

Came across this meme which the words are largely accepted in our world today. My thoughts are on how doing so contradicts the parable of Joseph, whose brotherhood tried to kill him, he was imprisoned only to watch as a tree full of life grew in front of him. He rose back up on solid ground and when done, he reached for those who brought him down to stand with him and share his home or understanding of life. When you climb a mountain in the storm of life remember those who waited for you to fail and bring them to a summit to see your sunny days and peace. Damning,rejecting with an attempt to separate all that makes for an unpleasant existence is the same as watching your climb from the safety of a comfort zone unwilling to embrace the unknown or break ground for others. Always extend a hand up even to those who might have broken your spirit along the way.

A day at Sonic When I take on a client,  more  times than not an individual has already been through a series of caregivers coming to the door. Complacent with little expectations of change. Some angry, others guarded and quiet. All have came to a place in life of uncontrolled and expected predictable outcome with you just being the new temporary face in life. They had yet to have Grace’s at the door to change and expand the perception of care giving. In example, a current client on first meeting was suffering from severe lymphedema, needing wound care and miserable in perceiving life to be any different. Motivation was nonexistent , diabetes leaving her to feel defeated. Shortly afterwards she was moved to her sons home for more consistent monitoring and a deeper depression of feeling control removed from her life. It is not about what you can take from an opportunity, rather what you create from an opportunity Had a dream where my daughter bought a small house to refurbish,in the process I found a staircase which went beneath the house. I saw 12 islands for a commercial kitchen with each fully stocked and ready for use.My first thought was to gather pink dishes and silverware for her kitchen,then began looking closer and shifting the thinking, wondering about a greater usage of the kitchens. She was able to lease the kitchen to the school district for a six figure annual income. Next I came across an ice rink where a group was playing hockey and wondered how expanding the usage could change the rink. She was able to lease space at the rink for a local team to store equipment and practice for an additional six figure annual income. The more we know,the more we understand rather than fear,the less we fear the more we accept. We tend to accept in peace instead of tolerating in fear. Teach them discernment with full knowledge and peace of mind for all.

If you wake up today with the same animosity and negativity for an issue as yesterday, you will not change the issue - only reinforce the lower energy. Change comes from raising the energy above negativity rather than solidifying the issue as it is. Something to think about when change is desired.

When I transcribe messages,what is given/written is then for myself or if I choose - others to reflect on as well, not done for attention or any need to prove myself. About a month ago,I was sitting with a hospice client of mine on a Friday night,knowing she was not doing well each hour I would speak to her,stroke her hair and face in feeling even though she was under heavy morphine and silent she still was listening in the room.Possibly from within the body or an essence outside of the body I wanted her to know she was no alone.I told her she was free to go,her family would understand even though hesitant to tell her goodbye. At three o'clock she was still breathing and at four o'clock as my hand went from her head to the face, the skin was chilled.Her sister was sitting about four feet away sound asleep along with a son upstairs. Quietly I checked for a pulse in the neck and hands,put pressure on her chest and abdomen without a reaction and laid my head on her chest without response.I called her son down and he laid his head on her chest as well and woke her sister,she had left this world. On Sunday's as a child, we drove into town and picked up my maternal grandmother for church. For some reason the ride after church in returning my grandmother back home always became a political debate between my Dad and grandma. One a democrat, the other Republican. What the debate concerned became the anxiety of two people I loved not being able to get along in regard to politics. My Uncle Lonnie who passed not too many years past, asked me once "Can you tell me where Sue is in heaven, is she doing alright?" Sue was my aunt and his soul mate in this world who passed before her time in a heartbeat one night after arriving home from a night out with her sister, and when opening the back door dropped to the ground and left this world. I told Lonnie I would try to see with no guarantees. I could see her beyond this world standing in front of a house which looked similar to pictures of plantation homes with two-story white columns in front and a pond could be seen off to the right of the house. Sue was just waving on the large porch. When passing the information back to Lonnie, he said the house was a home they always wanted in this world and he was glad she had made a good choice for their home in the afterlife. I took my book out of print a year out in publishing in 2007 basically due to the scruples of the publisher. When copies do show up on Amazon they are consistently listed sky high 😄No regrets, I have given many away digitally for free.

The illusion of time is very slow in our world compared to the spiritual universe.To leave this world is but yet to leave the dream again and again and again. Jack passed from this world on April 10th this year. Jack was one of a kind, great wit about him, true historian on the Golden Age of Hollywood, professional poker player and loved life. Through him, my business fell into my lap and I will  always be grateful for that, but he was so much more. Marine veteran from the Korean War, I don't think a movie exist out there on war I did not watch with him. Having a mother who worked at the studios in Hollywood, his background stories of entertainment you probably would not find in a book. Avid movie watcher, classics became a love of mine. A father figure who was quick to tell me where he thought I was in error and actually applied his thoughts for the better. Last night I sat with a hospice client who for 10 days had slept under the effects of morphine and anti-anxiety medication without food or water ending the process of this mortal world. Early in the evening her breathing was labored with fluid building in her system then returned to normal again. At the top of each hour, I would rub her head and hands, speaking to her knowing her spirit was listening. Telling her a husband who had left this world close to two-decades ago would taker her the rest of the way. At 3, she was still lingering in this world and at 4 in the morning her cheeks were cool. Checked for a pulse in her neck and wrist, pressed on the chest and abdomen as well picked up her arms which dropped to her chest. After spending almost twenty-years writing a few thousand pages and blogging on My Spiritual Windows a serious prompting in bringing this time until now into book form. Spirituality is not a 12 step program, each blueprint is as unique as your DNA. For every question answered another question is given with each answer being another step forward. I have always written outside of the box in print with the intent not to rehash another in form. Possibly by compiling my journey into print, another will realize the uniqueness of their own journey is greater than perceived. In the process extending a hand up to another. YOU can not set expectations of others! We are part of a mirrored spiritual universe, how we live in this world is a mirror  of our expectations, not others. No finger pointing, no outside forces - the power of return is in the thoughts and actions of each of us. All are aware of children who in the exact scenario from one person will receive acknowledgement and another will receive disregard. Why? "Merry Christmas to family, friends and all others my life has touched directly and indirectly. 2017 is my year to send out the doves after my storms in life and let all else go with new beginnings. If you are reading this, consider the dove sent. Happy Holidays and new experiences to come" My mantra and message for 2017. In the biblical parable of Noah, a dove was sent out after the floods to bring back a sign of hope and returned with the leaf of an olive branch signifying though unseen, land and green earth still existed in the future. I have never written a post such as this before, though thinking about a certain song and video which followed has filled my mind many times since the releases. Song being Vice by Miranda Lambert and the video which followed. The song I found to be dark in the consciousness, Miranda is an incredible talent and songwriter and possibly this song was a step in her own evolution presented as song and representing the messages she has found and taken a journey through as a result. Releasing the video after the song, was a step well thought as the video I found to be a portrayal after the lyrics ended. Starting with an overturned vehicle with a broken gas line, she is seen lying partially out of the passenger side window. Her awareness than awakens as she crawls out of the vehicle and in Texas style, pulls her boot on.  This little book is not so much about the words, though about the energy shift created for the reader. Moniko does not contain the word death, God or reference to the bible, only parables given to be absorbed on a deeper level. Reading the book is free. Everybody needs to do something about making this a better world, to be better the positive energy needs to outweigh the negative energy.
