When I transcribe messages,what is given/written is then for myself or if I choose - others to reflect on as well, not done for attention or any need to prove myself. The messages below I believe can speak to many in different ways. For that, posting has been done.

Doing the outer to complete the inner
We can repeat daily what is already done or walk on knowing we have done what we could and allow others to step into our footsteps and carry on if needed
The same which was shown by example and rarely followed
Surrender and embrace,all chains will be released and all attachments will be given peace as well. Full circle will receive what is blessed to sustain and be of their own spirit of love and salutations of god given movement
Many times we are asked to dance and feel it is a short dance of euphoria and return to the lower energy of doubt and mortality yet knowing we are not truly of mortality, we are of the dance in higher energy
Mortality grounds us to this Earth movement though never was meant to be separation of truth
Freedom of the dance holds no room for doubt 
You can never be all someone else needs, never the purpose of trust or faith 
God is within and given to another through an energy exchange, linking unseen and only felt in how the heart absorbs the energy. At times written and at times without words
Embrace the energy you receive and allow your higher power to take over all which holds the embrace from being accepted, no failure or wrong series of events. Only freedom to desire of self and soar, as will those attached for being the betterment they seek

Let go and dance, through the dance you raise the energy for those yet to agree to dance

Today the city of Kansas City, KS is mourning the loss of detective Brad Lancaster, Hearing a call for assistance he was one of the first on the scene regarding a possible car jacking and in responding was shot and killed by a man who had received early parole, serving less than a year of a sentence and released. To hear this made me sick inside, another criminal paroled only to commit murder shortly after wards. A friend of mine in 2004 was left butchered in her flower garden by a man who she had put in prison for domestic violence who had been paroled on good behavior and was seen as not being a threat to society. Both paroled by the State of Kansas early. If records were looked at, these are probably not isolated incidents. Robin left children and grandchildren in this world, Detective Lancaster left a family, and two small children as well. Anyone who has known somebody who has been murdered does not forget. The Parable of the Fork - Author unknown

I first read this about 20 years ago in a email and it came back into my head today. Once read you will never totally forget as a parable is meant to be.   The Parable of the Fork There was a woman who had been diagnosed with a deadly illness and had been given 3 months to live. Her doctor told her to start making preparations to die so she contacted her pastor and had him come to her house to discuss certain aspects of her final wishes. She told him which songs she wanted sung at the service, what scriptures she would like read, and what she wanted to be wearing. The woman also told her pastor that she wanted to be buried with her favorite bible.  Everything was in order and the pastor was preparing to leave when the woman suddenly remembered something very important to her. There's one more thing. She said excitedly. What's that? came the pastor's reply. This is very important. The woman continued. I want to be buried with a fork in my right hand.

Spiritual Windows – My perception   I have been writing for seven years on spirituality through my website http://www.myspiritualwindows.info and in blog form, without addressing my own interpretation of Spiritual Windows. Yet, I find more individuals then ever before searching for the answer to what a spiritual window might be. Within this article, for the first time publicly I will answer that question from my own interpretation I received many years ago.
