A lady named Peggy Cramer

Spent some time today thinking about hospice clients I had over a period of years, one who came to mind was Peggy Cramer of the original founders of Cramer Sporting Goods. She lived in the original mid century home built by her father in the 1960’s and still intact to original build after her retirement as a leading Architect/designer in KC, breaking glass ceilings long before trend or aspiration of doing so. Amassed her wealth designing for corporations across Kansas City.Always doing things her way.   On a personal level Peggy enjoyed having a High Ball with her dinner showing me from her bar just how she liked them. She passed from this world of Parkinson’s disease though was quick in thinking to the end. The day Peggy saw people come in and proceed to replace her bed with a hospital bed she looked at me and asked if I would stay with her in the bed until it was over.    Meticulous about placement of objects in her home as part of her design eye, she could spend...

Levels of consciousness

Read an article by physicists trying to map consciousness in the brain with the conclusion it being physically impossible due to perceptions in using two people at the train. One observing the departure and one sitting still on the train, neither physically moving at the time, yet the feeling of being separate, time and speed contributing to movement which actually did not exist. Unable to map the conclusion in actual mapping in the human mind.     Attributing the relativity to moments of perception constantly shifting in time, which from contributions of the James Web telescope time is our largest illusion which governs mortality. The deeper into space they delve, the less time has any relevancy in existence on planet Earth. So I thought I would listen to my own thinking for some distinction.   Conscious mind – a tubing of idiosyncrasies which rush the thought processes of the human mind such as worrying about what you can not control Method of unwinding - surrende...

Looking back

My youngest grandson has turned 18, preparing for his first year of college in a dual major of business/architecture. A driven young man I am sure who will do well.   My thoughts in writing now return to his first day in this world. Cradling for the first time, observing tiny arms and hands I was shown skin covered with extensive intricate ink covering all exposed skin. A quick look back into soul life of a tiny one.   Many believe the past can not be changed, although many times by seeing back directly contributes to healing now. Definitely becomes interesting in connecting the dots. Always allowing the senses to stretch and integrate is key to expansion of the super neural pathways of the mind.  I’ll close the rambling for now.   Namaste’

Freedom is never free

Before you woke this morning, a serviceman/woman on the other side of the world and here at home kept our country safe and our skies clear to either secure your right to be a bigot, proclaim the right to determine who God loves and why, enjoy the rights and freedom with a choice of hostility or in peace and the choice to change and live from peace within today. They lay down their lives for you, lay down the hate and anger for them so possibly next year they might be home to enjoy the 4th of July on American soil in peace. You can save the world by changing your negatives to a positive. Happy 4th of July in honor of the heroes of the armed forces and those here at home who wear a badge each day on our streets. Freedom only comes free when those who are being protected do their part not to add in contributing another loss on their part. Prayers up to all those who keep us free today.

Though to ponder - Benjamin Franklin

Looking through the window

Listening to songs of the soul in t he background,  with  thoughts   transported into a structure carrying the  appearance of a temple of light. S tanding at the rear and looking unto the massive beauty of this structure, lining both sides are musicians playing in the  keys of their hearts and souls and  tones that rang through energy in soft melodies.  As if the breath was being caught in the beauty of the presence, looking to my right , a  spiritual influence was there telling me the journey to the front of the temple would be as short or long as I chose for the walk.  Leading back to earlier teachings and how th ought process here and there were  the cornerstone of our creative desires, taking the lead halfway forward through the succession of musicians as they played, I saw a window come into view. D istances left to advance before  within this vision of beauty, now seemed small. Once again, propelling through thought forwa rd u...

1000 Years is but a day

For 1000 years to be but a day in heaven, every 24 hours would equate to 41.66 years and each minute would be .69 years. A lifetime would be for most people 2 hours of sleep. Not my words I took it from the Bible.  Lord, You have Been Our Dwelling Place …3You turn man back into dust And say, "Return, O children of men." 4For a thousand years in Your sight Are like yesterday when it passes by, Or as a watch in the night. 5You have swept them away like a flood, they fall asleep; In the morning they are like grass which sprouts anew.… New American Standard Bible Happy Dreaming!

Vision of the other side

At times my visions flip me to the other side, I am open without judgements and expectations which always make the adventures amazing.   On one such visions I was in a huge open hallway, in the hallway I seen someone I knew in front of myself in the hallway who at this time is still of this world. Lacking patience I moved forward into a massive room with endless long tables and came upon a table with some of my own departed family members. Mother, Cousin, one faded from having a clear vision of. My uncle Harold who said “Linda , what are you doing here? Told him I really not sure though just visiting. My mother looked sad to see me. No mom not staying!! I took a look at myself and was much younger with long blond hair and dressed other than I would have dressed, But okay.   The whole segment was quickly passed. Across the stage, people were being somewhat received back. And that was all. The other side is not quite what we have been programmed to see, though all seemed ...
