For the love of Tyler remembered

A couple of decades ago, a young man was a chef in downtown Kansas City restaurant. My daughter barely out of high school was working for a produce company supplying restaurants. Over connecting via phone, they became fast friends.  One night while at home, Tyler left the house on an unscheduled drive in his pajamas. Was found unconscious along side the road. While hospitalized determined a brain tumor was creating his behavior.  While being treated Tyler tried to leave the hospital, thinking he could meet my daughter, fell from the chair and never recovered. When my daughter heard the news, she called distraught and told me of Tyler. While listening I could see Tyler with a yellow rose to hand to her.
