 Who is guiding you, and how do you communicate? First step in working with spirit is knowing your guidance!! How? I ll attempt to get you there. Ask how and who is guiding you. Don’t expect an Archangel when you’re still at your desk of life. You are a student and a teacher through progression. 

#1,Ask. Spirit is like lightening fast to respond and assist. Within 2 seconds a name or title should be clear in your thoughts. Trust the thought. Could be family, friend, or inknown? 

#2 Associate yourself with their touch. Ask to be given their touch. Where you are touched will become specific to the energy from them on. Remember they are energy, touch is achieved through vibration. Take your time to familiarize, no test involved or time frame. Be still to receive. Rarely will any spirit chase you to receive. Continue with patience over a period of time until all have been identified. Take notes if necessary. Repetition is not generally given. Get it the first time. 

#3 Engahe with the knowledge you have. Telepathy is their strong point. Listen to thoughts given out of left field so to speak and images. You willl eventually have the Claire’s tested. All mortals possess the ability. Trust is your optimal toot at anytime. The more effort you interact, the more appreciation will be shown. 

#4 Stay away from any spiritual readers who cannot identify their sources or example interactions, especially Tarot readers. Many are just manuals memorized and personal interpretation from their own life. Give a huge no thank you!!!
