Safety should be considered first when granting parole

Today the city of Kansas City, KS is mourning the loss of detective Brad Lancaster, Hearing a call for assistance he was one of the first on the scene regarding a possible car jacking and in responding was shot and killed by a man who had received early parole, serving less than a year of a sentence and released. To hear this made me sick inside, another criminal paroled only to commit murder shortly after wards. Her prayers are lengthy as she will go on and on with so much to share with her God being her friend and confidant. In her waking hours, she has always had a streak of curiosity, which at times has been almost scary in what she will atte...

You are abrilliant star, taking many forms. In a beautiful moment at home in the Sun,Moniko’s thoughts were carried to the stars ofthe Elders. He could close his eyes and drift to the star of his choice. There were so many to choose from, each an intricate pattern inner-connecteod and with beautiful colors. At this time, Moniko chose abrilliant star shaped with six pointsand having a purple glow. As the star glowed, stretching and shinedthroughout the Universe, in a quickmoment the center of the star blinkedwith a brilliant white light. As Moniko watched, the white lightbecame an open door, as if he were being invited to the star. Moniko sprang to his feet, knowing what he had seen, andstanding in pure elation at thepossibility of returning to the star.       ...
