My Spiritual Windows gathering of 2012




I am opening a 90-day window on feedback, regarding creating a gathering of the followers of My Spiritual Windows website and blogs in 2012.

• The cost of gathering made relative to the number of attendees, creating an affordable gathering for all. Unlike many gatherings, the intent would be to make it available to all who desired to attend.

• Children would be welcome.

• Intended location – Kansas City, Missouri USA area

• Healing

• Vendors

• Activities for Children

• Group interaction and sharing

• Teaching

• Open to all paths of belief



The window is now open until June 21 of 2011 for feedback and interest shown. Regardless of your path of belief or location – I want to hear from you. Send an email to admin@myspiritual windows.info . From 2011 Spring Equinox until Summer Solstice, let me hear from you. Any additional points of interest you would desire created from the gathering include in your response.

Today the city of Kansas City, KS is mourning the loss of detective Brad Lancaster, Hearing a call for assistance he was one of the first on the scene regarding a possible car jacking and in responding was shot and killed by a man who had received early parole, serving less than a year of a sentence and released. To hear this made me sick inside, another criminal paroled only to commit murder shortly after wards. A friend of mine in 2004 was left butchered in her flower garden by a man who she had put in prison for domestic violence who had been paroled on good behavior and was seen as not being a threat to society. The Parable of the Fork - Author unknown

I first read this about 20 years ago in a email and it came back into my head today. Once read you will never totally forget as a parable is meant to be.   The Parable of the Fork There was a woman who had been diagnosed with a deadly illness and had been given 3 months to live. Her doctor told her to start making preparations to die so she contacted her pastor and had him come to her house to discuss certain aspects of her final wishes. She told him which songs she wanted sung at the service, what scriptures she would like read, and what she wanted to be wearing. The woman also told her pastor that she wanted to be buried with her favorite bible.  Everything was in order and the pastor was preparing to leave when the woman suddenly remembered something very important to her. There's one more thing. She said excitedly. What's that? came the pastor's reply. This is very important. The woman continued. I want to be buried with a fork in my right hand.

Spiritual Windows – My perception   I have been writing for seven years on spirituality through my website http://www.myspiritualwindows.info and in blog form, without addressing my own interpretation of Spiritual Windows. Yet, I find more individuals then ever before searching for the answer to what a spiritual window might be. Within this article, for the first time publicly I will answer that question from my own interpretation I received many years ago. Mortality chooses to find acceptance with life/death and at times reincarnation for explanation in searching beyond the known to the unknown "How do you get there?"
