I love haters - a new acceptance

I am seeing this logo on t-shirts, hats, socks, etc. now and primarily on the young! A statement which says it all and leaves you believing our world is on a new and better path of acceptance. A saw a young man large enough to be a pro-linebacker with socks etched with the logo! His statement, his stand. Words are powerful tools and if the message of this logo can bring down bridges of discontent and hate - it truly is amazing what a change of thought can inspire.

Impression/perception/expression - are three attributes which largely form human nature and the reaction taken or given in response. As one flows to the other, the basis of human thought is readily understood. Not one of the three is more powerful than the next.Yet the power of the three determines the linking of thought processes regardless of all else. As you go thru the next 24 hours, really take time to self-examine the words in action. You just might be surprised the level of thought you are taken to by the power of three in this form.

Today the city of Kansas City, KS is mourning the loss of detective Brad Lancaster, Hearing a call for assistance he was one of the first on the scene regarding a possible car jacking and in responding was shot and killed by a man who had received early parole, serving less than a year of a sentence and released. To hear this made me sick inside, another criminal paroled only to commit murder shortly after wards. A friend of mine in 2004 was left butchered in her flower garden by a man who she had put in prison for domestic violence who had been paroled on good behavior and was seen as not being a threat to society. Both paroled by the State of Kansas early. If records were looked at, these are probably not isolated incidents. The Parable of the Fork - Author unknown

I first read this about 20 years ago in a email and it came back into my head today. Once read you will never totally forget as a parable is meant to be.   The Parable of the Fork There was a woman who had been diagnosed with a deadly illness and had been given 3 months to live. Her doctor told her to start making preparations to die so she contacted her pastor and had him come to her house to discuss certain aspects of her final wishes. She told him which songs she wanted sung at the service, what scriptures she would like read, and what she wanted to be wearing. The woman also told her pastor that she wanted to be buried with her favorite bible.  Everything was in order and the pastor was preparing to leave when the woman suddenly remembered something very important to her. There's one more thing. She said excitedly. What's that? came the pastor's reply. This is very important. The woman continued. I want to be buried with a fork in my right hand.

Spiritual Windows – My perception   I have been writing for seven years on spirituality through my website http://www.myspiritualwindows.info and in blog form, without addressing my own interpretation of Spiritual Windows. Yet, I find more individuals then ever before searching for the answer to what a spiritual window might be.
