"Tapping" into raising your energy!



For just about every chronic pain known, there is a pill to relieve the pain – with the commercials now being used to advertise, giving a lengthy list of potential side affects for each. It would take years of study following specific chemical reactions in the body to address how one pill taken could potentially affect the energy and neural system of the body in reaction to another. Therefore, what the commercials are describing as potential side affects is a list built upon feedback from those who have experienced the reactions rather than scientific testing. I am not trying to dispute the need for medication or physicians. However, there are natural simplistic ways to change the energy of your body and possibly lessen the amount of medication taken for chronic pain.


One of the simplest is tapping. Tapping your feet! Tapping your feet rapidly for even a few minutes opens up the energy channels in your body and allowing the flow to increase throughout the body. "Dancing" is an excellent way to increase and stimulate the energy body. Tapping or dancing unlocks the energy centers in your feet and begins a process of sending the energy up through the legs, torso and into the head – initiating a repeated cycle and stronger flow throughout the body. People might say they cannot do this because of sore knees, back, or lack or strength. In each place known for chronic pain, you also have a blocked flow of energy. Tapping of dancing can also be highly affective in working with depression. Anytime you change a stagnate position of your body into a more mobile or freer energy, changes are made in the energy body.


Tapping, can be done anywhere! Sitting, standing, lunch break at work or while doing housework, and even watching TV – you can tap! Tapping of the fingers can almost be a stimulus in creating new energy. Tapping raises the RPM's so to speak of your body, raising the energy promotes the force needed to raise your consciousness and take you mentally and physically into a new space of being able to function. Tapping, a tool that can be used anytime, anywhere without any cost of treatment.


If your energy is stiff and blocked, creative though processing seems to be lacking or chronic pain is only being subsided by the next pill, start tapping! Fast and repetitive, you will feel a change. As with any other stimulus, use in moderation – build your endurance and your ability to raise the energy into higher levels.
