Healer - Heal thy self

Visiting a local Wal Mart this year in search of plants to bring color to my porch, sickly pants marked as clearance from lack of attention or those which had became root bound in very small containers caught my attention. Discards of their many species which from none other than lack of attention lost value and became life begging to be nurtured and to find more loving homes. Potted, created and grown in mass units for resale without regard to the life they represent. For each in need of healing vast ratios were healthy, pretty and being bought for a more glorious initial display of beauty.

Having the choice of healing or possessing perfection in bloom I chose the healing process and allowing the life within to once again become all as perfection. Plants for my porch have now given way from a display of need to displaying the thriving of those of were thought to be more perfect on the day of purchase. Taking a number of plants in need of healing which were potted for a neighbor lady who herself is healing at this time medically. April of 2010 brought her to a point of time in her life where medical healing followed a spiritual healing , not from a near death but taken to the point of lifelessness to the mortal world, where she speaks of dancing with the angels, talking to God and being told she was not meant to stay in this place of dancing at this time returning to a needle poked into her heart and paddles to fibrillate the heart for her return.

We can always choose on some level how we heal or become the healer. A small browning plant can be revived as the mortal body in choosing the path of healing and healing not always a choice of mortality even with the greatest of assistance, healing is accomplished within our knowledge and beyond our knowledge in trust from within. Allowance in our world to choose to attempt to continue healing whether through a small plant or medical measures to revive heart and soul when chosen on a spiritual level with the medical found in recovery.

Seeing many what could be considered miracle of healing, I also frequently hear a statement of this not being possible or a knowing of an individual. Absolutely everyone is a healer without separation. To nurture is to heal, to revive is to heal, to love is to heal, to listen is to heal and to observe the process of life and love this process – is to heal. For each flower which turns from ragged and brown to glory again a part of you found healing, for each story of healing that touches your heart you have found healing and for each deed done without expectation you have healed and magnified the healing in the world.

At the core of healing is peace which maybe once being felt as a nucleus in comparison now fills a space larger than which you are. Peace is the core element in raising the energy of our planet. No war can be won without peace for another, otherwise only consenting an agreement to tolerance which takes on the anonymity of peace in wait for tolerance to lessen and wars to restart in an ongoing cycle of peace.

Be a healer today through your thoughts, actions and deeds from within and expanding a particle of who you are to grow and flourish beyond your mortal self. In doing, healer you are healing yourself and becoming a force desired in this world of peace not being impossibility, but a possibility referred to as a miracle in your life. Start with a seed or plant to grow for yourself and plant another for your neighbor to tend to and strengthen the healing of life. Share as life has been shared and share again with each new sun in your life. Bless your gift of healing and be blessed in being mortal hands in a spiritual being - knowing healer, you have healed thyself.

The Parable of the Fork - Author unknown

I first read this about 20 years ago in a email and it came back into my head today. Once read you will never totally forget as a parable is meant to be.   The Parable of the Fork There was a woman who had been diagnosed with a deadly illness and had been given 3 months to live. Her doctor told her to start making preparations to die so she contacted her pastor and had him come to her house to discuss certain aspects of her final wishes. She told him which songs she wanted sung at the service, what scriptures she would like read, and what she wanted to be wearing. The woman also told her pastor that she wanted to be buried with her favorite bible.  Everything was in order and the pastor was preparing to leave when the woman suddenly remembered something very important to her. There's one more thing. She said excitedly. What's that? came the pastor's reply. This is very important. The woman continued. I want to be buried with a fork in my right hand.
