    The article being referred to in the link above stated no combat military deaths in Iraq in December up to this point in time. Three non-combat deaths were reported which is still saddening since many times these deaths are suicidal also by our military. I have also linked a definition to milestone, a word commonly used and very under rated in the contextual form represented.

    December presented a milestone in the Iraq war for not only our troops, also for the many, many family members associated with a family of a soldier. Milestones in life are the significant markers which become reference points of life events. Although a great percentage of individual milestones are not part of CNN News, none the less just as significant as media headlines.

    A simple phrase or unknowing act to another can become a milestone of their existence whether they are familiar with a source or not. Old family stories are milestones of your legacy and points of remembering times and events, which preceded your life and since. Celtics wove their stories and history into what is known as Tarot cards. It has been said out of fear of written history being found or destroyed the cards became ongoing story tellers cryptic to others choosing to remove their history and being remembered. The cards, becoming successive story tellers of the future.

    A baby's birth becomes a milestone which lives in many hearts and thoughts through future generations who either were present or have heard the legacy of one small being long ago. Milestones become the unforgotten of the past, and reminders to the future, of once was in legacy.

    Your life is a constant reading and review of who you are, milestones representing significant events or path changes throughout your walk of life. How you might interpret the life of another is through the perception you carried and hold. As your life is reviewed through another the perception varies as parallels of all milestones of your existence.

    Yesterday I was watching one of the Matrix movies, which at one point all parallel beings of one stood gathered in watch from above a crater where what could be considered their true self was fighting. Standing in wait to know the outcome which would determine their own outcome simultaneously. A movie yes, but also a truth of how one event now ripples through all milestones you ever marked in your own existence. Parallel and sequential right here, right now in regard to who you are.

    The walk of life is never ending, only many points of existence and milestones. Many speak of past lives and reincarnation which represents the never ending walk. Many times I have seen where disease in this life is directly connected to an exit from a previous time and the manifestation itself becoming a living unresolved part still of existence. Musket blasts becoming lung cancer in this life, severe headaches being linked to age old steel devices used as torturous head gear at a previous milestone of existence, and the list could go on and on.

    Linear time only exists in the mortal state of being allowing relative milestones to not only be past events, though also carried and kept alive as events of legacy. In the true moment of all existence, rather than time proceeding events radiate. Energy radiates touching all milestones as if points on a grid only increasing in size rather than even decreasing or ceasing to exist.

    The unending is the soul or core of all milestones collected in no space and radiating throughout all space of existence. Without time or space, all you do or felt you have done becomes part of the radiating energy of your soul or core, sending out messages through your mortal being for resolution and definition, touching all parts of who you are as was the symbolized in the Matrix with the wait from above of all parts.

    You create, affect and effect all parts of you and all connected to you continually. Creating the points of your grid of milestones, shared without end, without space or time of existence. A shared legacy today in truth of one who has passed from your now existence brings comfort and peace to a linear moment long ago or yet to come. Healing is also without boundaries of time and space. Having the power to bring peace to another whether present or gone from linear time as we accept time in a mortal world.

    In December a milestone was created in the Iraq war statistically without any combat deaths, of all time and space events which did not occur in relation to deaths in Iraq, rippled through the parallel of existence for each man or woman serving, all families and all existence connected to this milestone. When you consider how huge this energy of one statistic truly is over all past or future moments of our military, families and the world – the statistics would become immeasurable. The moments of December 2009, changed many grids of existence, legacies, milestones and lives radiated from the soul and core of each being touched.

    What milestone will you create today? The size or severity is inconsequential, the affect and effect will be your legacy!

I first read this about 20 years ago in a email and it came back into my head today. Once read you will never totally forget as a parable is meant to be.   The Parable of the Fork There was a woman who had been diagnosed with a deadly illness and had been given 3 months to live. Her doctor told her to start making preparations to die so she contacted her pastor and had him come to her house to discuss certain aspects of her final wishes. She told him which songs she wanted sung at the service, what scriptures she would like read, and what she wanted to be wearing. The woman also told her pastor that she wanted to be buried with her favorite bible.  Everything was in order and the pastor was preparing to leave when the woman suddenly remembered something very important to her. There's one more thing. She said excitedly. What's that? came the pastor's reply. This is very important. The woman continued. I want to be buried with a fork in my right hand.
